   Hi Graham Very interesting. Looking at 'essentially it points to the fact that we are more likely to buy if we can see the product clearly and easily'. Do you think that if the service being sold is based on buying the individual offering the service (I'm thinking solicitors, accountants, etc) that the theory extends to showing photos of the people providing the service?
