Working with Chief Executive Groups
Most businesses focus their use of the Internet on marketing, but I take a completely different strategic approach. I help groups of Chief Executives and Business Leaders work out how the Internet can be used within their business as a strategic tool to enable growth and profitability as well as increased productivity.
Few businesses go beyond producing a web presence which is a corporate brochure. With my workshops for Chief Executives and Business Leaders I challenge that approach and make you think about the place of the Internet within your business. My workshops will encourage you and motivate you to look at the Internet form a human perspective, rather than a technological one. We don't actually talk about technology very during my workshops; instead we focus on the ways in which the Internet can improve your business as a whole.
Practical approach
During the workshops you will engage in focused discussions with your colleagues, you will be asked to fill in various forms/questionnaires which help you focus your thinking about the Internet's place in your business. And you will be asked to look at various web sites and how they connect with their audiences.
Strategic actions
Following the workshops I provide for senior executives, you will come away with a list of actions you need to take place - with deadlines you set - so that you can ensure your online presence really relates to your audiences in ways which make them want to do business with you.
