I am a professional speaker, psychologist, consultant and author who specialises in the way we use the Internet.  I use that knowledge to help businesses make more money online by ensuring that what they do here on the Internet truly connects with real people. I have written 26 business books and I am an award winning writer. I have also been running workshops and speaking on the conference circuit since I set up my own business in 1984.

I am a qualified psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Psychological Science.

I am a Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association.
